From 1rst July 2021, following the new European legislation,
DLGS 83/2021, which regulates online commerce:

• The prices are indicated without VAT.
• For shipments to Europe, the VAT rate of the recipient's country will be applied
• Shipments outside the EU will be Italian VAT exempt,
  but the recipient will have to pay taxes and customs duties upon receipt of the goods.
